The survey process is important. Not only for the obvious reasons that it allows us to quote for the cost of the project, but it also starts our planning process.
Floor Restoration – Careful Planning
There are many dictating factors that influence this planning phase. We will ask a lot of questions about what type of finish you would like to achieve. We will investigate what issues you are having with your floor and plan around this. There may be staining that needs to be removed or there may be more severe damage.
The range of floor products available are incredible. These are split over the entire restoration process. Products will be used prior to the cleaning or sanding process. Furthermore, different products are then used to seal the floor once it has been restored.

Without the appropriate preparation, you are more likely to create a more disjointed project. Preparation can be seen as the first elements of the process.
